IT’S YOUR TIME

Being Joshiala Lifestyle Blog

Tick tock…tick tock, one thing you can definitely be sure of is that time moves on everyone’s dial. From sunrise to sunset, every minute, hour, second is accounted for. Meditation, work, housework, community service work, parenthood, along with any other unscheduled obligations that may arise.

To think I used to beg for time to speed up so I could be a part of 90% of the above. With all the responsibilities of an adult periodically my mind hears the tune “I don’t wanna grow up, I wanna be a Toys R Us Kid”…I can bet I’m not the only adult whose mind has escaped to a past time or where you’d like to be.

When it comes to aspirations we wish to or continue to pursue, I challenge that for every time we think or say “I don’t have time” we IMMEDIATELY rebuke the attitude and press FORWARD.

To think the majority of us work our required 40 hours 5 days per week and nothing more. Don’t get me wrong – having stable employment is a blessing, it shouldn’t be taken for granted by any means and it pays the bills. However, time and complacency exceed any bills that I may have if I don’t take TIME.

Take TIME to PRAY, and ask or proclaim what you want. If you can conceive the thought, you have been granted the extraordinary abilities required to make it happen.

Take TIME to introduce yourself to yourself. “What is MY purpose?”

Take TIME to find what your talent is. “What am I good at that takes the least amount of effort and I’m most gratified?”

Take TIME to explore the possibility of “what if”. Have a plan. Work the plan!

Let us take TIME to see how sweet life can be when we dare to dream…after all, IT’S YOUR TIME!
